Here, we practice together: grounding in rituals that bring medicine— listening intuitively, with intention to offer what is being called. Guided in truth and connection.

Every offering is an invitation to release what no longer serves, reconnect to your center, and rise into what’s next. This is a safe, soulful space for your becoming. This—is your spiritual reset.

Spiritual Sessions

An invitation to pause, breathe, and return to yourself. A curated experience every time— offering a variety of sound, rituals, and tools as the elements that are called to be shared. Grounding and expansive. We meet in a sacred space where Spirit, mind, and body come together.

  • Daily Ritual (75 minutes)
    A grounding experience designed to regulate the nervous system and reconnect you to presence. Through a blend of breathwork, mindful movement, meditation, and sound, this ritual supports clarity, balance, and embodied calm— helping you move into your day feeling centered, connected, and aligned.

  • Intuitive Healing Ritual (90 minutes)
    A mind-body energy connection designed to support presence, alignment, and embodied becoming. Amy intuitively weaves together a blend of Reiki, Myofascial Release, journaling, oracle cards, and energy-based practices— creating a personalized experience guided by what is most needed in the moment.
