Amy Tobey is a coach and guide who helps women reconnect with their bodies, clarify their intentions, and move through life transitions with greater ease. Drawing from her background in yoga, spiritual practices, embodiment, and nervous system support, Amy creates a gentle space for self-inquiry and healing. Her approach blends journaling, movement, and mindset work to help clients release what no longer serves and return to their inner wisdom — with clarity, compassion, and intention.
